QuickStart Program Launch

By the end of your QuickStart, your team will be ready to launch your first campaign. Major deliverables include:

  • Website Tracking. Implement website tracking on your site to enable you to track visits to specific web pages and PDF documents.
  • Email Marketing Configuration*. Create an email based on an Eloqua best practice template that can be sent to your new Eloqua contact lists. The email setup tasks also include configuring your default e-mail settings and branded bounceback address. We will also setup the system to ensure your competitors do not receive your emails.
  • Subscription Management Configuration*. Setup the out-of-the-box Eloqua subscription management form (1). This form will allow your e-mail recipients to select which e-mail groups to subscribe to or unsubscribe from. We will customize the subscription form to include your text and logo.
  • Landing Page Form Template*. Create one Eloqua form using a best practice template and set up key processing steps such as automatically sending an email to the form submitter, generating notification to a contact within your sales or marketing team or add the submitter to a marketing automation program.
  • Setup of Basic Reports. Review the most popular reports and learn how to configure an email update of a standard report from Eloqua.
  • One-Click Standard CRM Integration*. Expand your CRM investment through integration with Eloqua. Your sales team will have visibility to Eloqua marketing activities and your contacts’ digital body language through your CRM system. This step includes review of Eloqua’s data model and standard One-Click configuration (up to 30 fields).
