Eloqua requires that all Certified Partners retain trained, tested and skilled personnel that are deeply knowledgeable in the workings of the Eloqua system. 4Thought Marketing has 7 certified Eloqua professionals, more than twice the number required to achieve certification.

Eloqua SmartStart Certification requires 4Thought Marketing to not only prove that our people can teach and implement the Eloqua SmartStart material, but that in real-life situations we can rapidly adapt the system to fit different customer’s needs successfully. As part of our SmartStart certification Eloqua attended our initial implementations, and on an ongoing basis, measures and verifies that our customer satisfaction meets rigorous standards confirming that we have the depth of technical and marketing expertise necessary to make SmartStarts happen fast and successfully!

To create add-on programs like our Partner Relationship Management Module and Eloqua Forms for Facebook, 4Thought Marketing must prove to Eloqua that it’s programmers know the Eloqua Application Program Interface, and have proven that ability through both a detailed test proving API knowledge, verbal interview, and the creation of a functioning program. 4Thought is proud to be Eloqua API certified and to be one of the leaders in Eloqua add-on development.

Salesforce.com requires that 4Thought Marketing retain rigorously tested, highly skilled Salesforce.com specialists to achieve the level of Registered Consulting Partner. 4Thought also has personnel skilled in Apex and the Force.com platform.

Tom Saichek leads all 4Thought Marketing deduplication and data cleansing projects and is proud to be a member of the International Association for Information and Data Quality.

Erick Vargas, development lead at 4Thought Marketing is a member of the local chapter of the Professional Association for SQL Server and the X-Perts SQL group in which he plays an active role in forwarding the role of Java and .NET in relation to their use with SQL Server.
